This project consisted of 150,000 of excavation and 44,000 CY of clay liner. This hazardous waste landfill required a 3’ thick low permeability clay liner as well as strait edge testing and visual inspection by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. This liner was very challenging to build because of the tall 2:1 slopes, as well as the multiple V ditches and intermediate beams that had to be installed in the liner.
